  • 1. How do I place an order?

    Ordering from IMPOSTERS is super simple:

    A. Choose your style → Select your size → Hit “Add to Cart
    B. Go to Checkout
    C. Add your shipping details → Make payment → Done 

    2. How do I know my order is confirmed?

    Once your order is placed, you’ll instantly receive:

    • A confirmation email, and

    • A WhatsApp message
      Both will include your Order ID and details.
      Use your Order ID anytime to track your order.
       

    3. I forgot my password. What now?

    Relax — it happens.
    Just click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
    We’ll send you a reset link on email.
    Set a new password → You’re back in.

    4. Can I add more items to an order I already placed?

    Not at the moment.
    Once an order is placed, we can’t add items to it.
    But you can always place a fresh order for the items you missed.

  • 1. How long does it take to get my order?

    We work fast. Since we create and manage our own clothing in-house, orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
    Delivery time depends on where you live:

    • Metros: 1–4 days

    • Rest of India: 4–7 days
       

    2. Are there any shipping charges?

    • Prepaid orders: ₹0 — absolutely free shipping.

    • COD orders: ₹50 cash handling fee (non-refundable if the items are returned).
       

    3. How can I track my order?

    You’ll receive an Order ID via email + WhatsApp.
    Use that ID anytime to track your package.
     

    4. How can I change the shipping address of my order?

    Just log in to your account → Find your order → Click “Change Address”.
    Note: Once your order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

    5. Do you ship everywhere in India?

    Yes — IMPOSTERS ships pan-India. We’re here to dress the whole country.

    6. Do you ship internationally?

    Not right now — but international shipping is coming soon.

    7. What if the courier can’t deliver my order or my pincode is not serviceable?

    Our courier partner will attempt delivery three times.
    If all attempts fail, the package returns to our warehouse.
    To re-ship it, contact us on WhatsApp or call 9799896979 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM).

    8. Money got deducted but my order wasn’t successful. What do I do?

    Annoying, but it happens. First, check your bank statement to confirm the deduction.
    If the amount is debited:

    • Contact your bank with the transaction ID + screenshot.

    • Or reach us at 9799896979 on WhatsApp/call — we’ll guide you.
       

    9. What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay using:

    • UPI

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Wallets

    • Netbanking

    • Pay-Later options (Simpl, LazyPay)

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    3. Easy Return Process
    For Prepaid Orders
    Your refund will be sent directly to your original payment method
    (UPI / Bank Account / Credit or Debit Card).
    For COD Orders
    We’ll refund the product amount to your bank account or UPI ID.
    (Please note: the COD fee is non-refundable.)


    4. Want to Exchange for Something Else?
    Love another item instead?

    • If the new item costs more → pay the difference at checkout.

    • If it costs less → we’ll issue a gift card for the remaining balance.
       

    5. Return / Exchange Steps (Super Easy)
    You can place a return or exchange request in just 6 steps (within 7 days):

    2. Log in with your registered email or phone number

    3. Select the order you want to return/exchange

    4. Choose your reason and tap Proceed

    5. Confirm or edit your pickup address

    6. Submit → We’ll take it from here

    • Our return/exchange service is currently available only within India.

    • For approval, we may request photos or an unboxing video.

    • Taking a quick unboxing video at delivery is highly recommended — it helps resolve any issues quickly.
       

    6. Defective or Damaged Product
    Received something faulty?
    No worries — it happens.
    Just send us photos or an unboxing video on WhatsApp (9799896979).
    We’ll ship a replacement ASAP, so you can enjoy your IMPOSTERS fit with confidence.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    Need to cancel your IMPOSTERS order?
    Simply WhatsApp “Hi, cancel order” to 9799896979 before the order is shipped.
    Tap on “Talk to Agent” if you want instant help.

    Note:
    Once an order is shipped, we can’t stop it.
    But no worries — if it doesn’t feel like your vibe, you can still place a return request after delivery.

  • • Washing:
    Use mild detergent only — treat your fit gently.

    • Bleaching:
    Strict no. Bleach ruins fabric and print quality.

    • Ironing:
    Low heat only. Avoid ironing directly on prints or graphics.

    • Drying:
    Hang dry inside-out to maintain color and shape.
