Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such claims, we require an unboxing video of the package at the time of opening.
